1. Non-Refundable Fees:

We advise you to exercise due caution and care before making payment for any subscription, products, or services, as the fees for such are generally non-refundable. Wapprocket will not process requests for refunds except under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation by Wapprocket:

Wapprocket reserves the right to cancel your order or subscription at any given point in time. In such cases, Wapprocket may issue a forced refund without a request from you. Access to the app and support services will be immediately revoked upon the issuance of such a refund. This policy applies to both resellers and personal accounts.

3. Refund Eligibility for Non-Functioning Product:

You may be entitled to a refund if a Wapprocket product or service does not function as intended and the issue cannot be easily resolved. This includes situations where the product has a significant defect that, had you been aware of it at the time of purchase, would have prevented you from buying it.

To be eligible for a refund under this clause, you must:

  • Initiate the cancellation and refund process within 3 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Provide sufficient documentation and information to demonstrate the malfunction and our inability to remedy it.

4. Refund Process:

If your refund request is approved under the conditions mentioned above, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • After 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you express a desire to return the purchased product for reasons other than it not functioning as intended, such as:
    • The application fails to meet your subjective expectations.
    • You are dissatisfied with the current availability of features in the service.
    • You have a change of mind after the purchase.
    • You accidentally made the purchase and wish to cancel it.
    • You lack the necessary expertise to effectively use the application.
    • Your Meta Business Manager account gets blocked or rejected (as this is outside our direct control).
    • You request a refund based on goodwill.
    • Issues arise from the API provider (Meta), causing problems that are beyond our direct control.
  • Once the account setup or onboarding process has started. This is due to the substantial effort invested in the setup, which may include on-call support and customization of the Wapprocket platform according to your specific needs.
  • If your business manager is not verified, as it is your responsibility to provide any necessary documentation required by Meta platforms to facilitate the verification process.
  • For changes or removal of features within your current subscription (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime deals) at any time without notice.
  • For exceeding fair use thresholds, where Wapprocket may adjust your plan or offer alternative plans instead of a refund.
  • Generally, refunds are not offered on lifetime deals due to the extended access provided. However, Wapprocket provides a minimum service guarantee of 1 year for lifetime deals. If we are unable to deliver the service within this period, you may receive a refund based on the price difference of the remaining balance of the yearly plan. No refunds will be issued for lifetime deals if the full 1-year term has been completed and Wapprocket ceases operations afterward.

6. Cancellation/Suspension by Wapprocket (Without Refund in Certain Cases):

In the following situations, Wapprocket reserves the right to suspend your order, and no refund will be processed:

  • Any discrepancies found in our terms of service or other policies may result in appropriate action, including suspension without refund.
